Criteria for Inclusion: There are many places that make available Christian books, articles, and sermons but comparatively few which offer material in the form of Bible studies and Bible teaching notes designed specifically to be "ready-to-use" to teach the Bible. We recommend the following sites for their adaptability for this purpose and because of their excellent doctrinal position. Give them a try!
Desiring God Ministries This site features teaching and preaching material from John Piper who is pastor of Bethlehem Baptist Church in Minneapolis, MN. The sermon manuscripts are well indexed and start in July 1980. They can be copied (free) for use but not sold.
Founders Ministries, Explore the Bible Helps These are Sunday school helps for teaching the LifeWay Explore the Bible Sunday School curriculum. They are written by Dr. Sam Tullock, Pastor of Cornerstone Baptist Church, Wylie, TX. They are available each week by Wednesday afternoon, before the corresponding Sunday. Well indexed.
Founders Ministries, Family Bible Study Helps These are Sunday school helps for teaching the LifeWay Family Bible Study Sunday School curriculum. They are written by Mark Dunn, THM of Grace Baptist Church, Cape Coral, FL. They are available each week by Wednesday afternoon, before the corresponding Sunday. Well indexed.
